The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter with experience in the food industry and the etiquette of fine dining. This person will be responsible for every aspect of event coordination from the first phone call to the execution of the event: all client correspondence, menu planning/tasting with chef, managing event staff, vendor coordination, and organizing all other arrangements as they relate to the function.
