Responsibilities Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue and market share in the hospitality sector. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, continuous development, and achievement of individual and team targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other key stakeholders through proactive outreach and account management. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data trends, and optimize sales processes for better efficiency.
