Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.

Compensation:
$100,000- 130,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards.

Business Development New Business Development:
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, inbound assignments, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present overall company value propositionExpand Existing Business:
Drive business growth by expanding relationships with existing accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities.Strategy & Planning Develop Strategies:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that align with client needs.Account Mapping:
Identify top volume target accounts and develop an account roadmap based on regional offices and key decision makers relative to corporate officeMonitor Trends:
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business development strategies. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.Client Relationship Management Build Relationships:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.Ensure Customer Success:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Networking & Influence Build Awareness:
Attend local industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a circle of influence and stay informed about industry trends.Expand Network:
Actively participate in professional organizations and community groups to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Develop and maintain a network of contacts within strategic industries.Results Deliver Success:

Education:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development, selling professional services experience desiredStrong ability to lead a comprehensive value proposition presentation of all LJB service offeringsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business within a target market and/or assigned territoryExperience In a cross-selling sales environment demonstrating resultsBasic understanding of structural, infrastructure, or safety engineering preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
