Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by acquiring new property management clients and building long-term relationships with property owners and investors. This is a results-driven role designed for candidates who can open doors, build trust, and close deals . If you are confident in your ability to produce revenue and want uncapped earning potential , this is your opportunity. Opportunities to expand into construction and commercial projects may develop as relationships grow, but the primary focus is property management. Key Responsibilities Generate and close new property management clients (residential & small multifamily) Build long-term relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and landlords Develop referral partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals Manage your own sales pipeline: prospecting, outreach, meetings, and closing Track leads, proposals, and deals in CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Qualifications Proven experience in sales or business development with measurable results Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-heavy role Experience in property management, real estate, or construction is a strong plus
Compensation & Bonuses Base Salary:
$50,000-$80,000/year
Commission:
Tiered, uncapped, based on first-year profit per client 5% on first $250K profit 7% on $250K-$750K profit 10% on $750K+ profit
Deal Bonuses:
$250K+ deal → $2,500 bonus $500K+ deal → $5,000 bonus $1M+ deal → $10,000 bonus Commissions are calculated on profit, not total revenue, and apply to the first 12 months of a client to protect margins. Performance Expectations (First 90 Days) Build a strong pipeline of qualified property owners and investors Establish key relationships in target markets Close initial deals and demonstrate consistent results Screening Questions (Required) Please answer the following when applying: What is the largest deal (in $) you have personally closed? What was your role? How do you generate new business with no inbound leads? What was your revenue target in your last role, and did you exceed it? Describe how you turned a cold prospect into a paying client. How many clients or contracts did you personally bring in over the last 12 months? Are you comfortable working in a performance-based role where a significant portion of your income is commission?
