Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and management to align sales strategies with company goals. Lead business development efforts by exploring new markets, analyzing industry trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Oversee the training and development of sales team members to enhance their skills in B2B sales, negotiation, and account management. Experience Proven success in outside sales or business development roles within technology or related sectors. Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on managing large accounts and developing new client relationships. Experience utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management and analysis. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams or projects effectively. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales campaigns. Familiarity with technical products or solutions relevant to the industry is highly desirable.
