Job Description

Director of Sales & Marketing & Executive Director Opportunities, Luxury Senior Living Community - Olney, Maryland, NY, FL also just announced acquisition complete. Need ED & Sales Director Are you a proven senior living leader with a track record of exceptional results, strong occupancy growth, outstanding resident satisfaction, and team leadership excellence? We are seeking two exceptional professionals to join one of America's premier luxury senior living organizations as we continue to expand our presence in Maryland. Director of Sales & Marketing We are looking for a high-performing sales professional who can drive occupancy, build meaningful referral relationships, and create a first-class experience for prospective residents and families.
Responsibilities:
Lead all community sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and execute strategic occupancy plans. Build and maintain strong referral networks. Conduct community tours and manage the sales process from inquiry to move-in. Analyze sales metrics and performance trends. Collaborate with operations teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Qualifications:
Senior living sales leadership experience preferred. Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding occupancy goals. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to provide measurable achievements and performance metrics. Executive Director We are also seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead a new flagship acquisition community in Maryland.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership. Foster a culture that values residents, families, and team members. Drive financial performance, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction. Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding staff. Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Executive leadership experience in (Essential senior living experience) healthcare, hospitality, or related fields. Proven success leading high-performing teams.
