Overview Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and customer service? We are seeking an energetic and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Super 8 in Westbrook, ME. In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence in guest experience, lead a dedicated team, and ensure the property's success through strategic management and exceptional leadership. Duties Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk management to ensure smooth daily functioning. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy rates through outbound sales efforts, B2B partnerships, and upselling techniques. Manage the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing high-end deals with corporate clients. Oversee inventory control and inventory management processes to optimize room availability and retail offerings. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions to enhance customer service and retention. Implement marketing initiatives that boost visibility, improve occupancy rates, and maximize revenue streams. Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on phone etiquette, communication skills, and guest satisfaction. Monitor financial performance ; manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, support, and organizational guidance to staff members. Experience Proven experience in management within the hospitality industry Strong background in B2B sales, outbound sales strategies, negotiation skills, and developing a robust sales pipeline. Demonstrated ability in inventory management, inventory control, and organizational skills necessary for effective operations oversight. Excellent communication skills with bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
