Job Description

Meet the Team As the leader of our $600M+ Central/East business, you will drive strategic growth and cultivate leadership across a multi-layered organization of Regional Managers, Account Executives, and specialists. Operating with a General Manager mindset, you will hold full accountability for business performance, talent development, and operational execution within a complex, matrixed environment. Success in this role requires deep collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Customer Experience, Services, and our partner ecosystem to deliver transformative, high-impact outcomes.

- Your Impact
- As the leader of this business, you will: + Own the full Cisco portfolio across hardware, software, and services, driving revenue growth and pipeline integrity.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + 5+ years of proven experience in second-line leadership roles—such as Regional Director, Regional VP, or an equivalent position—with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing managers.

- The starting salary range posted for this position is $396,000.00 to $500,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation

New York City Metro Area:
$406,600.00 - $590,100.00 Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $396,000.00 - $595,900.00- For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.
