- _This position will support a territory including Battle Creek, MI, Kalamazoo_ , MI and Benton Harbor, MI
- Summary
- As a Business Development Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- + Identify and research potential clients through various channels. + Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods. + Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns.
- Value Analysis and Presentation
- + Conduct compelling presentations to showcase our products/services and highlight their value proposition. + Effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
- Market and Product Communication
- + Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. + Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features and benefits when communicating product features or design and tailoring the message to meet customer needs.
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- + Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. + Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing
- + Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure new business. + Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration
- + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Qualifications
- + Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
