- Monitor sales performance and share insights and results with the General Manager Who You Are A driven, results-focused sales professional with 3+ years of hotel sales leadership experience Strategic and analytical, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking Confident, persuasive, and polished in communication Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM and hotel brand system experience a plus Hold a valid driver's license and able to travel occasionally (less than 20%)
