  • Manage events from planning through execution and post-event evaluation Lead the Team
  • Hire, train, coach, and motivate Sales and Banquet Team Members to deliver exceptional service Be the Guest Champion
  • Build personal connections, anticipate needs, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations Drive Sales Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct sales calls, and build strong client relationships Show & Sell
  • Provide property tours and create tailored event solutions that turn interest into bookings Strategize for Success
  • Track goals, action plans, and performance to grow market share and loyalty Partner Across Departments
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director on menus, pricing, and event details Seal the Deal
  • Create contracts, manage deposits, and develop BEOs, timelines, and event layouts Quality Controller
  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution Follow Up & Grow
  • Connect with clients after events to ensure satisfaction and secure future business Operations Leader
  • Assist with payroll, inventory, and department reporting as needed Be the Go-To Leader
  • Manage all Sales and Events operations in the absence of the Director of Sales Connect Sales & Operations
  • Oversee events from booking through completion, drive upselling opportunities, and partner with Sales and Banquet teams to deliver exceptional events and guest experiences Who You Are Experienced Leader
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of sales or events experience Relationship Builder
  • A natural connector with strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset Sales-Focused & Strategic
  • Confident in prospecting, planning, and tracking performance to drive results Organized & Adaptable
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Certified or Ready to Grow
  • ServSafe, TIPS, and CPR encouraged On the Move
  • Valid driver's license and strong driving record; able to travel as needed Hands-On & Active
  • Comfortable with a mix of office work and physical activity, including lifting up to 30+ lbs Flexible & Reliable
  • Available for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Dynamic Setting
  • Enjoy working across event spaces, kitchens, and varied indoor/outdoor environments Safety-First Mindset
