Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&I Manager/Sales Manager to lead our finance and sales operations within the automotive dealership environment. This role is pivotal in driving vehicle sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless financing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, a strong background in automotive sales, and expertise in financial services. You will motivate your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism. Duties Lead and oversee the sales team to meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales goals through effective coaching and motivation Manage the entire F&I process, including presenting financing options, upselling additional products, and ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the loan process Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate financing options for each customer Prepare and review contracts, loan documents, and title processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership policies Utilize financial software to process loans efficiently, including 10-key typing for quick data entry Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable deals while adhering to company policies Upsell extended warranties, insurance products, and other add-ons to maximize dealership profitability Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, finance products, and current market trends to assist customers effectively Requirements Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within an automotive dealership setting Strong background in automobile sales combined with excellent negotiation skills Familiarity with credit analysis, loan processing, contracts, and Title processing procedures Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Knowledge of TILA regulations and compliance standards related to auto financing Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently for data entry tasks Experience in upselling finance products and closing deals effectively Dealership experience preferred but not required; a passion for automotive sales is essential Join our team as an F&I Manager/Sales Manager where your expertise will drive success, foster lasting customer relationships, and contribute to our dealership's growth.
