You should also bring:
10+ years of sales or business development experience within commercial transportation. Experience developing and closing national accounts. Knowledge of refrigerated transportation, trailers, TRUs, fleet equipment, or closely related markets. A strong record of personally opening and closing new business. Willingness to travel frequently for face-to-face customer meetings, including occasional short-notice travel. Ability to work independently in a growing company. Commercial vehicle electrification or battery experience is valuable, but deep relationships within refrigerated transportation are more important. $150,000- 170,000 first-year base plus uncapped commission.
