A financially strong, community bank in Ingham County, Michigan is seeking a dynamic Community Banking Market Manager . This hybrid leadership and business-development role is ideal for an experienced banker who can lead a branch, build community relationships, grow deposits, and generate commercial lending opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead branch operations, performance, staff development, and customer service. Drive market growth through proactive business development and relationship building. Grow deposit accounts, treasury-management relationships, and commercial lending opportunities. Build and maintain a strong network of business owners, community leaders, and referral partners. Represent the bank through chambers of commerce, community organizations, and local events. Maintain and grow an established book of business while generating new relationships. Partner directly with senior leadership on market opportunities and growth initiatives. Ideal Qualifications Proven experience in branch management, banking leadership, business development, or market leadership. Demonstrated success growing deposit relationships and generating commercial lending opportunities. An established book of business or strong professional contacts within the community. Proven sales performance and a proactive, relationship-focused approach. Experience with treasury-management products is a plus. Community involvement, chamber participation, or ambassador experience is highly valued. Why Consider This Opportunity?
