Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Leasing Manager to join our team at 83 West Townhomes! This apartment community has 504 units and is located in West Bloomfield, MI. The Leasing Manager assists in the day to day operations of the apartment community while overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Some key responsibilities consist of marketing and outreach, supervision of leasing staff, and providing services to residents. The Leasing Sales Manager reports directly to the Property Manager. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out from the rest.

Responsibilities:

Supervises and ensures accurate and timely preparation of all leasing paperwork and documents related to residency Directs the leasing team, and supervises staff's daily activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals of the property Conducts weekly sales "leasing fundamentals" meetings, providing clear set leasing and occupancy goals Conduct tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residents Ensure all leasing personnel are compliant with Fair Housing Laws; execute Fair Housing practices consistently Ensure all leasing agents are punctual to work, clocking in/out, and dressed appropriately Ensure that all lease files are accurate, complete, and organized Provide ideas to Property Manager for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year Courteously handle resident questions, concerns and complaints Conduct out-reach marketing on a regular basis Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times 2+ years of experience in the multi-family housing or sales industry required High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Entrata or related programs a plus Valid Driver's License with valid insurance required Successfully pass drug screening Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset Team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable resolving conflict and strives in a fast paced environment Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check Must be able to work on weekends, Saturdays are required - this would Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner Familiarity with social media platforms, as well as best practices for businesses.

Compensation:
