Full Job Description Description:
J&B Medical's Sales Team is GROWING!! The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing provider relationships, executing strategic sales initiatives, and delivering outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, manages multiple priorities effectively, and consistently exceeds performance expectations.
Essential Functions:
Conduct effective sales calls with healthcare professionals including Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and related specialties. Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals. Partner with local manufacturer representatives to implement coordinated sales strategies. Schedule and deliver compelling product presentations and in-service training. Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, customer service, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Represent J & B Medical at diabetes-related trade shows, conferences, and community events. Maintain strong knowledge of products, reimbursement, managed care, and competitive trends. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and urgency while delivering best-in-class service.
Work Environment:
This job is performed both in an office setting and in the field. The role also requires driving to customer locations.
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent sales or medical industry experience will be considered. Minimum of 2 years of field or inside sales experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization, time-management, and territory-planning abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to guide strategy. Experience in diabetes, DME, or healthcare-related sales strongly preferred
