The primary objective of the Community Development Director is to drive Cloquet's financial vitality and tax base by attracting new businesses, supporting existing ones, and creating jobs. Acting as a strategic advisor to city officials, negotiating development contracts, oversee grant management, and aligning community growth with zoning and housing policies.
