Your Next Sales Win As On Premise Sales Manager, you'll plan and direct the cold drink segment to capture every ounce of sales potential—while staying aligned with company policies. You'll lead the on-premise effort across the assigned territory, turning opportunities into profitable, long-term accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
Grow and protect cold drink accounts; pursue new business when appropriate Drive profitable equipment placements, renew agreements, and evaluate account/equipment profitability Coordinate sales programs and follow-through with Tele-Sell, Route Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams Track competitive activity, develop incentive programs, and maintain required reports Supervise, coach, and develop direct reports; uphold OSHA and company safety expectations Required skills/qualifications: B2B sales/negotiation, territory management, and food & beverage experience Budget/P&L comfort, advanced trade math, and strong communication/presentation skills Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), valid Class D license, clean driving record Ready to lead with energy and precision? You'll spot growth openings, fine-tune plans with your Cold Drink Account Manager, and keep momentum moving on leads. Between visits, you'll sync with internal partners so programs land cleanly in the field, and you'll review equipment status to ensure it's current, well-maintained, and positioned to win. As the day wraps, you'll document updates, keep leadership in the loop on tools or gaps, and set the next push—staying flexible for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as the territory demands.
