  • Full-time Job Summary Green Fox Companies is an agricultural processor manufacturing grain and fiber products for consumer and industrial markets.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Green Fox's fiber‑based products. This role blends strategic market development, key account management, and hands‑on selling into distributors, manufacturers, contractors, and specifiers (architects, designers, engineers). Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a sales strategy for fiber products, insulation, acoustic panels, and related building materials across priority regions and channels (distributors, OEMs, contractors, specifiers, e‑commerce/B2B). Identify, qualify, and close new business with target accounts prefab/modular, acoustic, packaging and natural fiber product markets. Pipeline Creation & Management Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline in the CRM; forecast revenue, track KPIs, and report to leadership. Lead or support RFQ/RFP responses and project bids, delivering value‑engineered solutions using Green Fox materials. Channel & Specification Development Develop and manage relationships with distributors, manufacturer reps, and key channel partners; negotiate pricing, programs, and terms. Work with architects, designers, product developers and acoustic consultants to drive Green Fox product specifications into projects. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with operations and product teams to align capacity, lead times, packaging, and product development with market demand. Partner with marketing on messaging, technical collateral, sell sheets, case studies, and event strategy (trade shows, lunch‑and‑learns, webinars). Market Insight & Representation Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and positioning; provide market intelligence and recommendations. Represent Green Fox at industry events and customer visits; deliver presentations and product demonstrations. Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in building materials, construction products, insulation, acoustics, or related industries. Proven success owning a sales quota and growing revenue with distributors, contractors, OEMs, or specifiers. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and a data‑driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting. Ability to travel as needed to key customers and trade shows. Preferred Qualifications Experience with sustainable or bio‑based materials (hemp, natural fibers, low‑carbon products). Familiarity with LEED, green building standards, and EPD/LCA documentation. Key Competencies Hunter mindset with strong account management discipline. Strategic thinker who can execute tactically and independently. Collaborative, comfortable working cross‑functionally in a growing organization. Organized and process‑oriented, with strong follow‑through. Interest in future growth into sales leadership or channel management.
