Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven F&I Manager/Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales and finance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire customer financing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive sales growth, foster strong client relationships, and optimize dealership profitability through strategic upselling and effective deal structuring. Duties Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through motivating coaching and strategic planning. Manage the entire F&I process, including presenting financing options, explaining insurance products, and securing contracts that meet compliance standards such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and title processing requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing transparent communication, personalized solutions, and exceptional service throughout the vehicle purchase journey. Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate financing options, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and dealership policies. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and other ancillary services to maximize dealership revenue. Collaborate with finance lenders, negotiate terms, and structure deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership while maintaining compliance with automotive financing regulations. Utilize industry-standard financial software (e.g., Route One & Automate) for loan processing, transaction structuring, and documentation management. Ensure all transactions comply with federal and state financial regulations, including TILA and industry-specific automotive sales laws. Train team members on customer relationship management techniques, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance to foster a high-performance sales environment. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales management or finance management within a dealership setting. Strong background in loan officer duties including credit analysis, deal structuring, and contract negotiations. Familiarity with automotive industry regulations such as TILA, title processing procedures, and dealership compliance standards. Demonstrated success in upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent client communication skills. Experience using financial software platforms like CDK or equivalent for transaction processing. Knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations along with basic math skills including 10-key typing proficiency for accurate documentation. Prior experience in customer relationship management within a financial or automotive context is highly desirable. $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
