We have an effective approach to sales and customer outreach that allows for clear communication and proper understanding of client products and services. Working with our client, AT&T, the Entry Level Sales Manager will assist our team in outreach through creating personable, professional connections with local businesses. The Entry Level Sales Manager role involves applying sales skills and knowledge of the telecommunications and business industry to create opportunities for our client and ensure a positive experience with our company. Our goal is to introduce AT&T's products and services and figure out how they can improve the communications services that local business customers are currently receiving. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will work closely with client representatives and sales team members to build a cohesive message that accurately reflects the client's brand and serve as the channel to deliver it. Responsibilities of the
Entry Level Sales Manager:
Deliver strong sales results through effective in-person interactions and informative conversations with local business customers Initiate the sales process by inquiring about current telecommunications needs and introducing AT&T's service options Develop a clear understanding of Entry Level Sales Manager practices, client products, and available services in order to provide precise solutions and confidently address customer questions Maintain a comfortable and knowledgeable demeanor during the entirety of the sales interaction Acknowledge regional trends in the industry and work with other Entry Level Sales Managers to improve the effectiveness of client outreach services Represent the company and AT&T with integrity and professionalism to instill confidence and positive perception
Entry Level Sales Manager Qualities:
A High School Diploma is required; A degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred 1-3 years of experience in a consumer-facing role such as hospitality, customer service, sales, or retail work Experience in leadership, management, or client relations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly Exhibit a positive, goal-oriented mindset when approaching client sales strategies Ability to properly train on client expectations and Entry Level Sales Manager protocol
