If you're passionate about cars, know how to motivate a sales floor, and have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing sales staff, inventory, and the customer buying experience—not just deal-desking alone.

Compensation Competitive Pay:

$125,000+ annually (Salary

+ Commission

+ Vehicle Allowance) Bonus Opportunities Based on Team Performance Unlimited Earning Potential Responsibilities Recruit, train, and coach a team of automotive sales consultants to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Work the CRM to ensure consistent follow-up on new and past customers, unsold showroom visits, and lost deals Create and execute action plans to drive showroom traffic and improve closing ratios Oversee new and used vehicle inventory, demo units, and lot presentation to ensure optimal selection and display Ensure demo and test-drive vehicles are properly maintained and always available for customers Review and approve all vehicle deals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and profitability for both the dealership and the customer Manage the customer experience from first contact through delivery, resolving concerns quickly and professionally Run regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep staff current on products, promotions, and best practices Collaborate with marketing on local promotions and advertising campaigns to drive showroom traffic and sales volume Requirements Qualifications 2+ years of experience in automotive sales; sales management experience preferred, but high-volume salespeople looking to grow into management are encouraged to apply Proficiency with CRM software required Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Proven ability to analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market trends Strong math skills for calculating sales projections Strong problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and state sales license required (or willingness to obtain one shortly after hire—we will assist with this) High school diploma required; college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on automotive sales experience No management experience?
