The District Office of Joshua Sharp is seeking strategic, results-oriented professionals who are interested in applying their leadership, business development, and relationship management skills within the insurance industry. This full-time opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy building high-performing teams, developing growth strategies, and creating long-term client relationships. You'll work alongside experienced insurance professionals while gaining exposure to key aspects of agency operations, including sales leadership, marketing initiatives, client retention, and business planning.
