We are searching for a hands-on business leader who knows how to support field teams and wants to play a key role in growing and improving a service operation. What You'll Lead Fire Alarm Service Operations Oversee daily fire alarm services, activities including inspections and small repairs Support inspectors with technical guidance and field problem-solving Ensure accurate and timely service documentation and closeout reporting Optimize fire alarm inspections and report results to Sr. Leadership Engage the client base and create relationships that result in high C-sat Monitor inspection requests and system alerts to keep response times tight Team LeadershipDevelopment Lead, coach, and support a team of fire alarm inspectors Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Build a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in workmanship Support technician certifications and ongoing development (including NICET) CustomerInternal Partnerships Act as an escalation point for service-related customer concerns Communicate clearly with customers on system issues and recommendations Partner with sales, operations, and procurement to align manpower and materials Provide technical input on proposals and service solutions Division GrowthPerformance Track labor efficiency, service quality, and material usage Identify process improvements that increase productivity and reduce rework Help shape how the fire alarm service operation grows in all markets What We're Looking For 7+ years of fire alarm service and/or installation experience 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Working knowledge of fire alarm systems, troubleshooting, and NFPA codes NICET certification strongly preferred (or actively working toward it) Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and customer expectations Comfortable with service management software and basic office tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Up to 25% travel We're an equal opportunity employer.
