Job Description
Manpower is currently partnering with a privately held manufacturing company that provides customized storage solutions for a variety of industries including automotive, medical and higher education. Our client is looking to hire a VP of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales & marketing teams. In this position, you will drive strategic growth initiatives, expand their market presence and foster relationships throughout diverse industries throughout the domestic US. If you are a results driven leader that is passionate about building a strong sales & marketing team, we want to speak with you. This is a direct hire position available immediately.

- Pay Rate Salary range $90 - 125K + bonuses
- What's the Job?
- + Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in B2B markets, including enterprise and corporate sectors.
+ Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams in sales management, business development, account management, and marketing to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ Drive outside sales efforts by building a robust pipeline of new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
+ Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, negotiating deals, closing high-value contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
+ Collaborate with product development teams to tailor technical sales approaches for custom products, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
+ Analyze market trends using sales analytics and reporting tools to refine strategies, identify new opportunities, and optimize overall sales performance.
- What's Needed?
- + Minimum of 5 yrs of proven sales experience with 3+ yrs in a leadership position. + Bilingual skills would be a plus. + Strong ability to build professional, long-term relationships. + Ability to learn the array of products offered. + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to travel 25%.
