At 3L Logistics Inc (Greater St. Louis area) , we're looking for a dedicated District Manager to oversee operations and drive success across our three locations in the greater St. Louis area. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and hard-working. What You'll Be Doing As a District Manager, you'll take the reins of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing Operations Across 3

Locations :

Ensure smooth and efficient workflows at all sites under your supervision. Locations include St. Peters, Overland and Sauget.

Managing Teams of Drivers :

Lead and support multiple driver teams to achieve operational excellence.

Supervising Operations Managers :

Provide direction and mentorship to the operations managers at each location, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.

Driving Performance :

Monitor and improve key performance indicators, ensuring each location meets company standards and goals.

Problem Solving :

Address challenges head-on and implement solutions that keep operations running seamlessly. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: 3+

Years of Experience :

Previous experience with FedEx highly preferred

Strong Leadership Skills :

The ability to inspire, manage, and develop teams effectively.

Excellent Communication :

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, managers, and other stakeholders.

Organizational Expertise :

A knack for multitasking and managing priorities across multiple locations.
