Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team and drive our client success initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our valued clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Duties Build and maintain robust relationships with B2B clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that benefit both the client and company. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting warm leads through outbound calling to closing deals. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, sales progress, and account activities efficiently. Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving. Skills Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close complex B2B sales deals. Expertise in business development strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients. Knowledge of technology sales, marketing principles, and technical sales processes. Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships. Warm calling techniques to initiate conversations with potential clients effectively. Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in a competitive environment.
