We're seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to lead our property's sales and marketing strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and representing the property in the community and industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven hotel sales expertise and a passion for hospitality excellence. You'll oversee sales efforts, manage RFP responses, analyze market data, and collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability. This role combines hands-on sales activity with strategic leadership, offering an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact on the hotel's performance and guest experience. Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 yearly +
Benefits & Bonus Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across corporate, group, and leisure market segments. Maintain active local sales solicitation through direct calls, client visits, and community events. Represent the property with professionalism at client presentations, industry trade shows, and community events to strengthen brand presence and foster new relationships. Direct all hotel sales and marketing initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking objectives. Partner with Revenue Management to develop and adjust group and LNR rate strategies that optimize Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) and overall profitability. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to grow occupancy, ADR, and long-term room nights Build and maintain strong relationships with key local demand generators, including: construction and trades, corporate and project-based business, relocation and housing agencies, and healthcare, education, and government accounts Actively prospect new business through in-person sales calls, networking, site visits, and community engagement Negotiate and manage local corporate and project contracts Collaborate with the Market Director of Sales and the revenue team to optimize pricing, length-of-stay strategies, and account production Track and report on sales activity, pipelines, and performance metrics Position Everhome Suites Bozeman as the preferred choice for extended-stay travelers in the market
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel sales platforms, including CRM and sales automation systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build long-term client relationships. Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven professional with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
