As a National Sales Director you will play a key role in managing relationships with key dealership personnel, implementing process/ procedures with our Account Executives, and generating profit for the dealership and IA. We are looking for candidates that are based in the following states: North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee or Alabama _____________________________________________________________________________ What you'll accomplish with us As a National Sales Director you'll be at the core of our mission.
Here are the main responsibilities:
Maintain a professional working relationship with key dealership personnel. Implement/ install sales process that drives dealer profitability. Train Account Executives on the sales process. Attend dealer visits with the Account Executives. Generate organic growth by adding additional products and commission. Understand reinsurance and participate in periodic business reviews. Generate weekly/ monthly detailed reports outlining production and income. Manage calendar and DSR's through Sales Force. Understand all products fully and their applications to maximize dealer and company income. Understand company pricing and revenue to maximize profitability. Understand dealership operations to fully engage with dealership management. Develop annual and monthly business plans. Develop and conduct sales presentations for new and existing dealers. Prospect for new business with a focus on dealer referrals. Host weekly or bi-weekly new business pipeline call and monthly sales meeting. Manage and approve expenses for Account Executives. Recruit, train, develop, and discipline Account Executives and training staff. Develop sales rep pay plans to stimulate growth. ______________________________________________________________________________ What could accelerate your success in this role We're looking for someone who: Is known for their strategic planning and business analytics skills. Stands out for their executive presence and experience in facilitating business presentations. Demonstrates strong computer/MS Office skills; ability to learn other software systems quickly. Is recognized for their strong client service and support focus. Has at least 5 years of finance and insurance experience in the automotive industry Minimum 2 years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
