JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Director of Business Development is responsible for sales and marketing leadership throughout the coastal North Carolina area. Also accountable for establishing business relationships in the local communities that result in revenue growth that meet or exceed expectations. As summary of job duties follows but is not a complete job description. Lead the region and the supporting centers with implementing the strategic plans in collaboration with Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the center administrator. Facilitate weekly business development team meetings, with weekly updates and metric review. Knowledge of hospital, health plan and community demographic and discharge data. Utilize the data to assist with driving strategic business relationships with input and collaboration of the Regional Vice President of Operations. Drive census and other defined results through strong partnership with the Regional Vice President of Operations and other key center, regional and corporate staff. REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills Strong and proven successful leadership ability Customer Service focus Presentation, problem solving/analytical skills Results Driven Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. Minimum of 3 years sales experience in health care services Requires up to 80% travel.
