Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication channels to generate new sales opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress. Qualify leads effectively by assessing customer needs, budget considerations, and financing options, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives that align with customer preferences. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service plans, and automotive financing options to maximize dealership revenue. Build rapport with clients through excellent customer service, clear communication, and professional phone etiquette to foster long-term loyalty. Lead dealership efforts in achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets by implementing strategic outreach initiatives and managing inventory control. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a strong understanding of passenger car markets. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with effective deal closing techniques to secure high-end sales. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases and enhance client communication. Strong organizational skills for managing a robust sales pipeline and inventory control processes. Proficiency in CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) and CRM support tools for tracking leads and customer data. eLeads and DealerFunnel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with public speaking capabilities for client presentations or dealership events. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and upselling. Knowledge of automotive industry sales processes including inventory management, retail math, automotive financing options, and dealership operations. Ability to build lasting customer relationships through attentive service, follow-up, and personalized client communication. Experience managing or supporting a sales team is a plus, along with retail math skills necessary for accurate deal closing calculations.
