This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, professional environment with strong support and potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales volume and gross profit targets Lead, manage, and develop the New and Pre-Owned Sales teams Recruit, hire, and coach high-performing sales professionals Maintain optimal inventory levels and days' supply Ensure team is well-informed on vehicle inventory, marketing promotions, rebates, and incentives Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles and manage used vehicle acquisition strategy Collaborate with executive management to forecast sales and control expenses Personally support sales staff in customer interactions and closing deals Enhance the overall customer experience throughout the purchase process Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to optimize the sales and delivery workflow Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements Promote a customer-centric, team-oriented culture aligned with company values
Qualifications:
3-5 years of automotive sales management experience required Strong leadership and coaching abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with dealership management systems (CDK or similar) is a plus Ability to thrive in a performance-based, high-volume environment Professional appearance and a strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record required High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
