Regional Business Director, US Pancreatic & Thoracic (West)
  • San Francisco North / Seattle Field Based / Full Time / Permanent At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer.
As our new Regional Business Director, you'll play a key role in leading a high-performing commercial team and advancing the adoption of Tumor Treating Fields therapy across the Western region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers, Key Account Managers, and Practice Educators to achieve regional objectives. Drive commercial adoption of Tumor Treating Fields for NSCLC while meeting or exceeding regional sales goals. Develop and execute integrated regional business plans using customer insights and market analytics. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Learning & Development. Provide strategic coaching, performance management, and talent development while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Represent the region at leadership meetings, medical congresses, and key customer engagements.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 4+ years of first-line leadership experience OR 6+ years of successful oncology/device/complex therapeutic sales experience with formal management development. 3+ years of oncology experience required; lung cancer and/or complex therapeutics experience preferred. Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and consistently exceeding business objectives. Strong executive presence, coaching ability, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
These additional qualifications are preferred:
Experience leading geographically dispersed field teams. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging sales and market data to inform strategy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment with 40-60% travel.
WHAT WE OFFER
The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $195,000
  • $275,000/yr.
This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
