Business Development Manager - International Logistics Moonachie, NJ | Onsite We're hiring a Business Development Manager with strong experience in international logistics and freight forwarding. This role is focused on growing new business, managing client relationships, and supporting international shipping solutions. What You'll Do Develop new B2B business within logistics and freight forwarding Manage and grow client relationships Sell international shipping solutions (ocean, air, freight) Work closely with operations teams to support shipments and customer needs Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements Support customers with import/export processes and shipping documentation Stay up to date on international trade lanes and market activity What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or freight sales Strong B2B sales background within international transportation or logistics Experience with Transatlantic and Transpacific trade lanes Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and import/export processes Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment Must be within commuting distance to Moonachie, NJ Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Background International freight forwarding Ocean or air freight sales Global logistics or supply chain operations Trade compliance or customs experience #
