This role will focus on acquiring new customers, expanding warehouse utilization, and developing partnerships with e-commerce sellers, logistics providers, and fulfillment partners. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for warehouse and pickup services Promote certified warehouse solutions to e-commerce and logistics customers Identify and acquire customers requiring: Pickup services Warehouse storage Fulfillment services Cross-border logistics support Build relationships with local sellers, importers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies Conduct customer visits, presentations, and contract negotiations Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities KPIs New customer acquisition Warehouse occupancy utilization Pickup volume growth Revenue generated from warehouse services Customer retention and account growth Requirements 3+ years of business development or sales experience Experience in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, or e-commerce preferred Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
Benefits Base Salary:
