Domain Sales Type of contract Regular position Experience Minimum 3 years Context & Environment This role supports the marketing and sales of TotalEnergies-branded lubricants in the United States , including heavy-duty engine oils, passenger car motor oils, synthetic lubricants, greases, and specialty products. Products are primarily marketed through direct customer accounts such as wholesalers, independent auto repair facilities, dealerships, and fleet customers, with occasional engagement through distributors. Activities Manage and develop an assigned sales territory of direct customers. Market branded lubricants, including: Synthetic passenger car engine oils Heavy-duty diesel engine oils Greases and transmission fluids Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Develop and execute customer-specific business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets. Build and strengthen relationships with Buying Group members (Alliance, Pronto, Mighty, APA - Nexus Members, and others). Manage direct sales to assigned national programs, including Kia Dealerships, Navistar, CFS, and other designated accounts. Establish annual objectives and performance goals for customers. Apply the TotalEnergies Marketing USA Road Map to all sales activities. Analyze customer needs and position the company as a strategic business partner. Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data using company CRM tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Support, Marketing, and Distributor Sales teams. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities. Gather and report competitive and market intelligence, including pricing trends and industry developments. Candidate Profile Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Prior sales experience mandatory ideally within automotive, lubricants, or related industries. Additional Information Eligibility Requirements This position does not offer visa sponsorship .
