Job Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Bilingual Partner Business Manager to develop and manage our channel business. In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners to maximize sales, drive market expansion, and boost brand awareness.
Location:
Hackensack, NJ, Full Time, On-SiteKey ResponsibilitiesPartner Development:
Recruit and onboard new channel partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Sales Management:
Collaborate with partners to build business plans, evaluate performance, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Market Strategy:
Analyze trends to increase brand awareness and educate partners on our product portfolio.
Support & Coaching:
Counsel partners to exceed expectations and promptly resolve conflicts or pricing concerns.
Qualifications & ExperienceLanguages:
Bilingual in Korean and English (Required).
Experience:
5+ years in marketing/sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; proficient in MS Office.
Traits:
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Travel:
