We are now seeking a dynamic, experienced, and driven Sales Manager/Closer to join our elite team and take our sales operations to the next level. What We're Looking For An ideal candidate is someone who: Has exceptional closing skills and can lead a high-performing sales team. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment. Understands the luxury car buyer's mindset and can deliver concierge-level service. Is motivated by performance, leadership, and results . Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Act as the primary closer on all high-value deals—ensure deals are structured correctly and closed efficiently. Collaborate with the finance department to streamline the F&I process. Train and develop sales associates through regular feedback and role-play scenarios. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and local regulations. Handle customer escalations professionally and promptly. Keep the showroom organized and presentable to reflect the luxury brand image. Qualifications & Qualities We Value Proven success in automotive sales , preferably in the luxury or high-line segment . At least 3 years of experience in a management or closer role in the automotive space. Strong understanding of financing, leasing, and deal structuring. A natural leader who inspires confidence and high performance in others. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Bilingual is a plus. Why Work With Us?
