This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature sales organization. You'll build it. Marketing, operations, and delivery capabilities are already in place. Your responsibility is to create the commercial engine that generates predictable, scalable revenue across multiple businesses. You'll begin by personally leading enterprise business development while designing the sales strategy, recruiting the team, implementing the systems, and building the commercial infrastructure required for long-term growth. Commercial Operations Design scalable sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, forecasting, CRM discipline, and pipeline management. Build reporting dashboards that improve visibility into activity, conversion rates, forecasting, and revenue performance. Establish operating rhythms that create predictable, repeatable sales execution. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Marketing to maximize lead generation, campaign performance, and conversion. Required qualifications include:
7+ years of B2B sales leadership experience. Proven success building a business development function, sales organization, or commercial team from the ground up. Experience personally selling enterprise, consultative, or solution-based services. Demonstrated success recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals. Strong experience developing sales strategy, KPIs, CRM discipline, forecasting, and pipeline management. Executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution, accountability, and measurable business results.
