Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Manager to oversee the sales team and generate new business for a highly respected fire protection company. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor others, build your network and company revenue, while playing a key role in company growth. A bachelor's degree/Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms and strong computer skills are required Understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and territory management Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to motivate, lead, and develop team members Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise all sales department staff, including recruiting, training, and performance management Set and track performance expectations, including KPIs like revenue and conversion rates Oversee department budgeting and participate in monthly and annual financial procedures Drive business development through contract negotiation, proposals, and relationship building Manage the full sales process from lead follow-up to securing new contracts and renewals Collaborate regularly with operations and finance teams to align strategies Execute sales and marketing initiatives such as cold calling and telemarketing Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high standards through periodic field inspections
