Sales Analytics Manager Location:

We offer end-to-end security solutions and have achieved global success across a wide range of industry verticals, including retail, transportation, education, banking, healthcare, hospitality, and airports. HVA is seeking a Sr. Sales Analytics Manager to lead overall sales analytics operations and oversee the commission process. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, optimizing sales performance through reporting and analysis, and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of commission plans. Primary Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Sales Analytics operations, including quota setting, territory planning, KPI development, and compensation program execution. Oversee the commission process (monthly and quarterly), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely payouts. Establish, standardize, and optimize sales operations processes, guidelines, and governance to improve efficiency and scalability. Analyze sales performance across regions, teams, and partners; deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Evaluate and refine compensation structures (e.g., MBOs, incentive programs) to align with business objectives and drive performance. Enhance data-driven sales management by improving reporting systems (POS, sell-out, STEP reports) and supporting CRM and Power BI integration. Identify operational gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data integrity, streamline processes, and increase overall effectiveness. Act as a key liaison between Sales teams and HQ, ensuring alignment on targets, performance tracking, and strategic priorities. Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Analytics team, including performance management, coaching, and capability building. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Commercial Operations, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing sales targets, compensation programs, and performance tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Ability to operate independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across Sales teams and HQ. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working within a Korean organization or prior expatriate (overseas assignment) experience. Background in field sales or regional operations with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational improvements. Experience building or enhancing data-driven decision-making frameworks.
