Full-Time Job Overview Bathroom Pros NJ is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead, train, and develop our in-home sales team. This role is not just about managing numbers — it's about building a team of elite closers, improving performance at the individual level, and creating a consistent, high-converting sales environment. You will be responsible for coaching, accountability, and execution, ensuring every sales representative has the tools, training, and support needed to perform at a high level. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Development & Training Train and coach in-home sales representatives on: One-call close methodology Objection handling Product presentation and positioning Pricing and deal structuring Conduct regular ride-alongs and in-field coaching sessions Lead weekly sales trainings and roleplay sessions Identify performance gaps and implement corrective coaching plans Performance Management & Accountability Track and manage key performance metrics: Close rate (target 30-35%+) Revenue per rep Appointment-to-sale conversion Hold team members accountable to performance standards Manage underperformance through structured coaching and improvement plans Work closely with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and retention Sales Process Optimization Ensure strict adherence to the company's sales process and scripting Improve consistency across all sales interactions Partner with marketing and call center teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes Provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and customer trends from the field Team Leadership Build a high-performance, competitive, and accountable sales culture Lead by example with professionalism, energy, and discipline Maintain strong communication between sales, operations, and customer care teams Support scheduling alignment and territory optimization Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership Proven track record in in-home sales, home improvement, or high-ticket closing environments Strong understanding of one-call close sales environments Experience training and developing sales teams Ability to analyze performance data and coach accordingly Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills What We're Looking For A coach first, manager second Someone who can develop talent, not just manage it A leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment High energy, high accountability, and results-focused mindset Why Join Bathroom Pros NJ Fast-growing organization with strong lead flow High-performing sales environment Opportunity to directly impact team growth and revenue Leadership role with real influence and upward mobility
