Job Description

At ClearBizDebt, we help business owners regain control of their cash flow by providing customized Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) debt resolution solutions. Our experienced team works directly with lenders to reduce payments, negotiate settlements, and create a path toward long-term financial stability. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in our Wall, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and has a passion for building a positive, accountable culture. In addition to leading the sales team, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the New Jersey office and partner closely with leadership to achieve company growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on MCA resolution services. Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Foster a positive, results-driven culture that emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and accountability. Manage schedules, productivity metrics, and team communication. Recruitment & Training Recruit and onboard new sales representatives to expand the team. Create and implement training programs covering sales techniques, product knowledge, client communication, and compliance. Ensure team members clearly understand the MCA resolution process and company mission. Sales & Operations Management Monitor and drive sales KPIs, lead conversion, and team performance. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales efficiency and client satisfaction. Always ensure ethical and compliant communication practices. Work closely with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes. Office Oversight & Physical Management Manage all aspects of daily office operations in the New Jersey location. Oversee office logistics including equipment, supplies, cleanliness, and facility maintenance. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, building management, and service providers. Ensure a professional, organized, and motivating work environment for team members. Coordinate with leadership to maintain company standards, branding, and compliance at the physical site. Support business continuity by ensuring operational readiness (IT, phones, security, etc.) for all staff. Reporting & Collaboration Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to company partners. Identify trends, challenges, and areas for performance improvement. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (client success, marketing, and operations) to enhance the client journey. Align New Jersey office goals with overall company strategy. It is anticipated your work schedule will be as follows: Monday and Wednesday 9am
  • 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am
  • 7pm, Friday 9am
  • 3pm.
You will be in our New Jersey office.
QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing a high-volume inside sales or call center environment. Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams that consistently achieve and exceed performance goals. Demonstrated experience managing daily call center operations, including productivity, staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, and performance metrics. Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training sales representatives. Strong understanding of sales KPIs, lead management, pipeline management, conversion metrics, and performance coaching. Experience using CRM platforms and outbound dialer systems; Convoso experience is strongly preferred. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies that improve team performance and operational efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to motivate and hold employees accountable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience in financial services, debt resolution, collections, Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), or another high-volume inside sales environment is strongly preferred.
