We have dozens of projects ongoing at any particular time, with new opportunities opening every day. We are actively seeking individuals to place on these projects, in addition to managers, sales, and recruiting specialists for our own offices. There are both long and short term opportunities available. Research and analyze sales opportunities, assessing potential markets. Meet regularly with client managers and employees to determine concerns and new business opportunities. Generate new sales revenue through cold calling. Develop deep and qualified sales pipelines. Initiate proposals, negotiations, and presentations. Track and organize new and existing client information, including contact information, meetings, contract changes, concerns, and new consulting requests. Establish ongoing relationships with external sales channels. Evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning. Provide weekly written status reports to management. Communicate with direct supervisors on a regular basis. Be familiar with current products and talent as well as client requirements.
