Job Description
Business Development Manager BradyBuilds.net Henderson, NV Job Details Full-time $52,000 - $90,000 a year 16 hours ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Profit sharing Paid holidays 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Professional networking Construction sales Interpersonal skills Business development Commercial construction experience Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Brady Builds is hiring one business development person to own relationships on two fronts: general contractors for our commercial flooring, cabinet, and countertop work, and kitchen and interior designers for the residential stone and countertop brand we are about to launch. You own every relationship from the first call through the signed job. This is not an estimating job. We have a bid team and AI tools that handle the takeoffs and the pricing math on the commercial side. Your job is everything the spreadsheet cannot do: building relationships, walking jobs and showrooms, asking the right questions, and pushing bids and referrals across the finish line. Why this seat is worth having You collaborate directly with the owner. No layers, and what you win shows up in the company's results the same month. We are growing fast on two fronts at once. The commercial side has more work than we can bid, and the residential brand is launching from scratch, so you are building both pipelines from a running start. The bid team has your back on the commercial side. You bring in the job details and the relationship: they build the numbers. You spend your day talking to people instead of buried in spreadsheets. You are selling out of a state-of-the-art fabrication shop. Five axis bridge-saw, the machinery and equipment to fabricate the hardest materials on the market, and a crew that does the work right. When you tell a GC or a designer we can hit a deliverable, you will not be guessing. We are certified fabricators for Caesarstone and Cambria, and we do luxury commercial work across Las Vegas with expansion into Phoenix. One stop for flooring, cabinets, and countertops on the commercial side, which means you are bidding more scopes on every job. Who fits here? The people who do well at Brady Builds tend to be the same people who are training for something on their own time. Endurance athletes, lifters, anyone who keeps a standard when nobody is checking. If you are serious about a hobby that takes discipline to get good at, you will recognize how this place runs and you will fit in quickly. What you will do Make the first call on every bid invite. Connect with the GC, get the details our bid team needs, and set the job up to win. Build real relationships with general contractors so Brady Builds is the sub they call first. Build the same kind of relationships on the residential side. Kitchen and interior designers, and other design-trade partners, who send us countertop and stone work. Walk jobs and meet clients face to face, on commercial sites and in design showrooms. A good part of this job happens out of the office. Follow up on every bid and every referral until we get an answer. You get jobs across the finish line. The client wants the job completed and we are here to make it happen. Field client questions during the bid or the design process. When you do not know an answer, you find out fast and get back to them. Log every call and touchpoint so the whole team can see where each job stands. Carry a sales goal and own your pipeline across both sides of the business. What we are looking for General construction knowledge. You have worked in or around the trades and you know how a building goes together. You do not need to be a trained estimator, because our team handles the math. Sales, customer service, or other client facing experience. You are comfortable calling someone you have never met, whether that is a GC's office or a design showroom. Organized and relentless about follow up. Bids and referrals fade when nobody chases them. A self starter. If you want a job where you are handed a task list and left alone, this is not it. Quick with software. We use AI tools every day, and if you already use them in your work, tell us. Pay and benefits $52,000 to $90,000 a year, depending on experience. Discretionary profit sharing. $100 monthly vehicle allowance for travel to job sites. 401(k) launching soon, with a broader benefits package in the works. Paid time off that grows with your time here, plus seven paid holidays. If this sounds like the seat you have been looking for, we would like to hear from you.
