As our Operations Manager, you will lead all aspects of our business operations, ensuring seamless performance across departments while promoting our mission to serve and inspire the local art scene. Duties Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives to enhance efficiency and profitability. Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve high performance standards in a collaborative environment. Oversee profit & loss analysis, financial management, and budget planning to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth. Utilize Excel data analysis and other business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators and inform data-driven decision making. Manage project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Drive process improvement initiatives using lean management principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Coordinate strategic planning efforts with executive leadership to set long-term goals and operational priorities. Supervise sales activities, customer service operations, and client relationships to support business expansion efforts. Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards that promote efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. Foster team development through coaching, training, and leadership initiatives aimed at building a high-performing workforce. Communicate effectively with executive-level teams regarding operational performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Requirements Proven management experience with a strong background in operations management, business management, or related fields. Demonstrated expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning. Proficiency in Excel data analysis along with familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Experience in team management, team development, and supervising diverse teams within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at an executive level and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent managerial communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with stakeholders. Knowledge of lean management principles, process improvement methodologies, and operational best practices. Ability to make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals while managing multiple priorities effectively. A track record of implementing strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
