Job Description
Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the sales department, driving sales performance, coaching the sales team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional with proven leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals. Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales consultants. Monitor individual and team performance while providing ongoing feedback and support. Assist customers throughout the purchasing process to ensure a first-class buying experience. Manage inventory presentation and merchandising standards. Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to maximize customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience is required. Prior experience as a Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role is strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Experience with dealership CRM systems and sales software.
