Looking For:
2+ years of pre-owned management experience Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team Strong desking and vehicle appraisal skills Experience running a high-volume, fast-paced used car department Commitment to performance, integrity, and customer satisfaction Ability to adapt to industry changes and market demands What You ll
Do:
Monitor and drive the performance of the pre-owned sales department Train, coach, and motivate sales personnel Appraise, price, and manage used vehicle inventory Desk deals and assist salespeople in closing Set monthly sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure overall dealership success
