What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, inspire, and develop the Latham sales team Guide customers through their furniture-buying journey from start to finish Promote and support our Free In-Home Design Program Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service Drive sales performance and exceed store goals Stay current on product knowledge, design trends, and promotions Be available during weekends and holidays—our busiest and most rewarding times

What We're Looking For:
