metro by Tmobile is hiring energetic, driven, and motivated Store Manager. Market Manager is an exciting position for those who are seeking a long-term sales opportunity! As a Market Manager, you will be overseeing a team of Employees and Stores who are demonstrating and promoting MetroPCS plans and services. Point of contact for employees Manage staffing schedule Recruit local talent Promote MetroPCS plans and services
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% event staffing in your local market Responsible for leading a team driving brand advocacy and daily sales performance by coaching/guidance Clearly communicate objectives, timelines, project status, and budget updates, as well as risks/opportunities to the team on a regular and consistent basis Drive internal communications plan and oversee launch of Team meetings strategy, implementation, execution and reporting. Maintain a relationship with local Team to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures Ensure team members are meeting customer expectations Resolve customer complaints on a daily basis Ordering and tracking Inventory Performs additional and administrative duties as assigned
